Chef Cindy will teach you how to cook delicious food featuring products from the market. Expand you your menu and your pallet this year while learning some new tips and recipes.

Holiday Cooking Class - November 5th (11:30am - 1:30pm)
Menu for Holiday Hosting
Cooking Class Description: Hosting a dinner party shouldn’t be an overwhelming event. Learn how to make delicious menu items you and your guests will enjoy that are as delicious as they are easy. You can enjoy hosting during the holidays as much as your guests enjoy attending!
Class is instructor demonstration with some hands-on to give you the confidence you need to succeed. Menu items will be made during class and served for all to enjoy. Recipes will be provided.

July 9th, 2022 - Cooking with Summer seasonal produce like peppers, corn and zucchini are the feature in this class. Free range chicken thighs are sautéed to make a 5-ingredient Peperonata. Your menu includes:
September 10th, 2022 - Late Summer brings thoughts of crisp apples, football and tailgating! Savory spice blends are used with heritage pork and apples to highlight a classic pairing. We’ll gather late-summer produce at their peak of sweetness, roasting together for a medley of goodness. Dessert will be a French Apple Galette, which is a simple free-form pie. Your menu includes:
October 8th, 2022 - October is our final showcase of the Market goods. Pumpkins and squash are abundant along with salsa, honey, nut butters, jams, and so much more! Your menu includes:
- Seared Steak with Sauteed Mushrooms, Glazed with Bourbon Blackberry BBQ Sauce.
- Savory Cheese and Summer Vegetable Tart
- Toasted Crostini bread drizzled with Honey
July 9th, 2022 - Cooking with Summer seasonal produce like peppers, corn and zucchini are the feature in this class. Free range chicken thighs are sautéed to make a 5-ingredient Peperonata. Your menu includes:
- Chicken Thigh Peperonata sauteed with banana peppers
- Farmer’s Pasta with Zucchini & Carrot Ribbons

- Roasted Squash filled with Caramelized Vegetables and Rice
- Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
Select a class below to register, all classes are held from 10:30am - 12:00pm at The Ria Room, next to DiCarlo's Pizza at 20 S. State Street in Uptown. Classes are limited to 6 participants per class.
