2019 SATURDAY FARMERS MARKET
 May 18-Oct 12th from 9am to 12pm

Interested in participating as a vendor?
We would love to include your business if you are a local farmer or producers in the area. Westerville Farmers Market is brought to you in partnership from Uptown Westerville Inc, Otterbein University and the City of Westerville to celebrate our agricultural heritage and promote the flavor and freshness that our local farmers and producers provide to nourish our community.

Step 1: Go to ManageMyMarket.com and fill out an application for the Westerville Saturday Farmers Market
Step 2: Pay the $20 non-refundable application fee (through Manage My Market)

Step 3: Wait to receive notice of your approval. (Reference the vendor priority list below).

Step :4 Pay for space needed for your business via mailed check or online, below. (Note: prices will increase January 1st, 2019)

 Vendor Priority List 
In the spirit of fostering diverse food offerings and a healthy community, preference in our market will be given to the following vendors:
  1. Farms and businesses within an 80 mile radius of Westerville, Ohio.
  2. Vendors available to commit to all, or most, of the 20 market dates.
  3. Staple food items such as produce, meat, dairy grains etc., based on need to maintain diversity in our vendor lineup.
  4. Unique whole-food options such as fermented foods, charcuterie, cultured dairy, microgreens etc.
  5. Farms that represent a commitment to sustainability and to animal, human and environmental health (ie: certified USDA Organic, NONGMO verified, Animal Welfare Approved, Sustainably grown, USDA Grassfed, Fair Trade etc.) or who follow similar growing practices without certification.
  6. Healthy prepared food items utilizing fresh fruit, vegetables or whole grains.
  7. Bakeries or other food-based businesses that do not yet have a brick and mortar presence in the community.
